Project Summary

Together The Natural Step, Light House and the David Suzuki Foundation created "Sustainability at Home: A Toolkit". It is a one-stop shop, designed to help with everyday decision-making – offering solutions to challenging questions that save both time and money. This toolkit provides tips to help BC residents understand the impacts of their decisions and answer tricky questions about the choices and tradeoffs when trying to do the right thing. The book includes information about recycling, waste diversion and the considerations necessary to reduce solid waste (reducing reliance on plastic bags, packaging, etc). The target audiences are British Columbian homeowners, strata dwellers and renters.
