RAO/D CITYWORKS is the design and planning collaboration of Kamala Rao and Bryn Davidson. Our services, including architectural design, planning, policy/sustainability research, are available on a sliding scale for non-profit, for-profit, and educational clients.

Preform Construction builds modular homes in our 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Port Kells, BC. With crews living less than 5 minutes from the facility and waste reduction of up to 60%, our prefabrication promises to be the greenest form of construction. Our architect, AARobins, is a co-owner who designs and oversees building, which ensures the highest level of construction at significant reduction in cost to traditional methods.
