What is this product?
Horizon is a new generation of paint specifically designed to significantly reduce polluting vapours and odours
released into the air which can be harmful or irritating to the user or
occupants of the areas being painted. Ideally suited for schools,
hospitals, nursing homes, nurseries, public buildings or where
occupants may be sensitive to residual paint smell. Horizon is also
designed for "Green Construction", where products are specified that
have less impact on the environment and meet LEED standards. Horizon
provides excellent hiding power and washability,
protection against bacteria, mold and mildew and is equal or better in
flow and leveling to Cloverdale's best interior and exterior paints.
What is sustainable about this product?
Contributes to a Safe, Healthy Built Environment:
Cloverdale Paint’s Horizon line emits low levels of VOCs (volatile
organic compounds) which react with air to form ground level ozone. All
Horizon coatings are approved under the Green Seal certification
program qualifying them for credit points within the “green building”
rating system called LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design).
