Fw. Sustainable Design, Closing the Loop was a national design competition developed by the Cascadia Region Green Building Council in collaboration with the design community, and exhibited at the Light House Sustainable Building Centre in September 2006.

The Government of Canada undertakes a number of programs, activities, and research and development projects, as well as offering financial incentives related to sustainable buildings.
