Called the most sustainable home in North America, this home encompasses more than green building. Eco-Sense is the first code approved load bearing, insulated, seismically stable two story cob residence in North America.

Welcome to the most sustainable building project in Canada, the Eco-Sense home of Ann and Gord Baird. This tour will show the loadbearing cob wood working shop and the house that is in progress. The house is the first of its kind, engineered to be the first code approved high occupancy load bearing cob building in Canada. The tour will be hosted by Angela Evans of Saanich.
