We usually think of ozone as that nice buffer up in the stratosphere that prevents the sun's most harmful UV rays from reaching terra firma; not many of us realize, however, that ozone can be present at ground level. Health Canada has given us a hummable, catchy jingle outlining the hazards of ozone as "Good up high, bad nearby!"
