I am looking for a small eco-density, sustainable building type of development in Vancouver being built or under development that is leasing or selling medium size units (1500 sq ft or more) for occupancy in the next year or more, and in which tenants or owners are able to develop their own floor plan layout from basically a shell which they buy or lease.

Dr. Frank, with UBC's School of Community and Regional Planning, will deliver the keynote speech. He specializes in the interaction between land use, travel behaviour, air quality and health.
