Is the Terasen Geoexchange/Ground Source Heat Pump Program going to be extended/renewed?

Now that we've learned the first steps for a geoexchange system, we are actually thinking of inviting our block over for tea and seeing if people are interested in converting the whole street to geothermal. What are the precidents for this and is there any special support for this?
