Stantec Vancouver Office
The Stantec Vancouver Office renovation received the second LEED®-CI Silver Certification in Canada. Stantec provided full spectrum services and adopted an integrated design approach to successfully gain a first-hand understanding of the latest pilot program of the LEED rating system for Commercial Interiors.
Key features include building materials and furnishings selected for recycled content, salvaged materials, local manufacturing and reusing a large portion of the existing interior. A three-storey staircase was installed to foster open communication and encourage pedestrian traffic. Other features include green housekeeping and ISO 14001 Certification. But the most significant result is the creation of an aesthetically pleasing, healthier indoor environment for its most precious resource – its staff.
