Omicron Office
The Omicron office renovation achieved LEED CI Gold
certification. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for
Commercial Interiors (LEED CI) is a green building rating system
that is administered by the US Green Building Council.
LEED CI addresses energy efficiency, water conservation, occupant health, materials and resources as well as site and land use issues.
Omicron is an integrated architecture, engineering and construction company based in Vancouver, BC. The 15,400sf office is located in a downtown Vancouver office tower. The space incorporates a wide variety of innovative green products, water conservation strategies such as waterless urinals, energy saving practices such as occupant controls, dedicated office sub-meters and energy-efficient lighting.
