Cobalt Engineering has a thermal imaging camera for looking at heat loss locations in buildings. I am not sure how much work they do in the residential world but you can call Albert Bicol at (604) 687-1800. Other possibilities include the envelope remediation guys: Morrison Hirschfield (Brian Benson at 604 454 0402) or Leveltons (604 278 1411).
If what you are looking for is energy modeling, you could contact Richard Kadulski at kadulski@direct.ca (he is on CHBA-BC council, so should be easy to track down) or Curt Hepting of Enersys Analytics at 604 552 0700.

As well you could contact a company like Four Seasons who use a thermal imaging camera to ensure their insulation practice is complete. If you are looking having insulation installed then they are one way / maybe more cost effective way to go. One caution - they generally do more of this in the colder months.
