SAFERhome Standards Society

Established in January 2004, the SAFERhome Society is a non-profit, public interest organization, advocating a safer home environment and a better standard of living for all people through its certified building standards.

The SAFERhome Society offers both private and corporate memberships, and accepts funding from government partners such as BC Housing.  They also partner with other nonprofit groups such as the Vancouver Resource Society, Science World Telusphere, and the Center for Sustainable Communities Canada.
