Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in economics, sociology or statistics.
Note: Candidates must always have a university degree. The courses for the specialization do not necessarily have to be part of a degree program in the required specialization. The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience
Essential Qualifications
Experience in conducting or participating in project studies, research, support or input coordination.
Experience in collecting, analysing and interpreting data, or in developing or maintaining databases.
Asset Qualifications
Experience in providing social or economic expert advice related to environmental issues.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Willingness and ability to work overtime and on weekends.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

o The Agency has a requirement to staff 1 position for an indeterminate period. As a result of this staffing process, a pool of candidate may be established and used to fill other future determinate or indeterminate needs and for the same region.
