Manager of Sustainability - DC Office of Property Management

The DC Office of Property Management is looking for a Manager of Sustainability in an exciting move to green the agency responsible for infrastructure and maintenance as well as millions of square feet of capitol improvement projects.
"The D.C. Office of Property Management (OPM) seeks applications for Property Management Officer (PMO). This position supports the environmental objective to provide sustainable, economic and reliable energy, utilities and recycling services to D.C. facilities. He/she will be responsible for leading the recycling, energy management, and sustainability outreach teams. He/she must also ensure that all new, renovation and rehabilitation projects are designed, commissioned and operated in accordance with sustainability goals and statutory requirements. In addition, the PMO will be an agent for change management by creating awareness of the program's key objectives and establishing training and implementing programs that achieve program objectives."
