Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Management and
design of mechanical systems for sustainable projects, support of all
sustainable design and marketing efforts and, assistance in delivering and
documenting green building technologies and strategies for green projects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should possess good general
energy and building science knowledge, an ability to translate and communicate
various energy-related standards (Eg: ASHRAE, Core Performance Guide etc.),
proveide strategic guidance to design team, and perform technical analysis using
energy simulation.
Knowledge of and experience with the LEED green
building rating systems us aksi required (LEED-NC at a
minimum).
Experience working on green building projects that have either
achieved or pursued LEED certification preferable.
Should have strong
communication skills, Man management and leadership skills, motivation of team
towards strict timelines and responding to changing priorities.
