Based in Vancouver, Canada, Visible Strategies works worldwide with leaders at all levels of civic and business governance. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs, including development of key messages and supporting corporate objectives.

Specific responsibilities include:

Marketing Communications
Implement a strong Communications strategy that will successfully raise awareness of Visible Strategies and its products among key stakeholders (customers, prospects, investors, employees, alliances, media, and the local community) to:
• improve corporate and product(s) brand recognition and awareness;
• become technology/solution leaders in our targeted industries;
• fuel organic and inorganic growth;
• achieve lead generation goals; and
• most importantly, drive revenue.

Oversee the development of product branding entities targeting specific industries while maintaining a strong connection to the over-arching corporate brand.

Manage the design and content of the Company’s public Web site. Working with the sales and IT groups, help drive a Web infrastructure that provides direct support to all
marketing, sales, and customer support activities.

Brand Management
Responsible for the development and management of Visible Strategies’ brand assets and relevant guidelines (e.g. logo, templates, messaging, advertising).

Provide creative direction for all design and production initiatives.

Product Marketing Support
Provide creative direction and support to Product Marketing in the creation of sales
presentations, sales packages, and proposals.

- create, implement and manage the execution of focussed webinars including their integration with the corporate CRM

Generate and maintain company boilerplate material used in proposals, presentations, and other business development initiatives.

- Working with the Product Marketing group, drive direct-to-customer market and product feedback surveys to be attached with all product execution and marketing programs.

Public Relations
Lead the development of the Company’s PR strategy. The strategy will focus on initiatives which successfully raise the profile of Visible Strategies and its products among key stakeholders.
Develop and manage PR campaigns that support the overall PR strategy of the Company.

These campaigns will typically include:
• Defining key messages and thought leadership position
• Developing marketing collateral and presentations
• Getting exposure for executives and subject matter experts through by-lined articles, published or broadcast interviews, speaking engagements at targeted events
• Identifying, arranging and managing in person marketing events, hosted seminars, roundtable events
• Designing and developing material for conferences and trade shows
• Conducting sponsored research and surveys
• Identify the need, prepare, and write new releases

Monitor media coverage about Visible Strategies, competitors, and alliance partners and provide briefings and advice to management as required.

Create and maintain the Company’s media kit.

Oversee the completion of all industry and media rankings and surveys to ensure a consistent view of the company.
