Government grants for Resisdential Green Construction?

I am building a rammed earth house on Bowen Island and am wondering if any one knows of any grants I could apply for? Our goal is to build with as small an environmental footprint as possible within our budget. I was looking for grant programs but they seem just the norm ie. B.C. Hydro efficient windows program.
