Deadline for Green BC Budget 2008 Consultation

The Select Standing Committee on
Finance and Government Services (the Committee) is pleased to offer British
Columbians an on-line version of the Budget
2008 Consultation Paper (PDF). Prepared by the Ministry of Finance, as
required by the Budget
Transparency and Accountability Act, this year’s Budget Consultation
Paper asks the public to respond to six questions concerning the province’s
fiscal forecasts.

In order to complete this on-line submission form, you
must supply the Committee with your name and current contact information ­ full
address (including postal code), phone number and e-mail address. Anonymous
submissions, or submissions not containing complete contact information, will
not be reviewed by the Committee.

Please note: the deadline for the
on-line consultation has been extended to Friday, October 26,
2007.
