Chief Operating Officer - Cascadia Region Green Building Council

Brandon Smith, Cascadia's current Chief Operating Officer, will be changing roles to become Vice President of Business Development.  Brandon's new role will be to expand existing programs as well as to develop new programs and opportunities to strengthen Cascadia's position in the green building industry.  He will be using his long history at Cascadia, entrepreneurial skills and connections in the field to create strategic partnerships with other Chapters and with organizations throughout the country.

Cascadia seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Portland, OR or Seattle, WA. The COO will be responsible for managing Cascadia’s US and Canadian operations and the newly created International Living Building Institute. Primary responsibilities include finances, human resources, legal issues, and technology. Application Deadline: June 30, 2009. Start date August 1 - Full-time.
