VIMFF Earth Alive Series: Protecting B.C.'s Mountain Playground
VIMFF Earth Alive Series: "Protecting B.C.'s Mountain Playground," presented by the David Suzuki Foundation: a presentation on the impact of global warming on the mountains and mountain communities in BC by Ian Bruce and Lindsay Coulter of the David Suzuki Foundation, with film screenings and a moderated discussion.
The Earth Alive Series of sustainability films is presented by One Earth Initiative and the David Suzuki Foundation in partnership with the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival (VIMFF -- www.vimff.org) and the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre. The Earth Alive Series takes place on the evenings of Feb. 24 to 28 at the Planetarium (H.R. MacMillan Space Centre).
Tickets $17 in advance, $19 at the door. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
