On Monday evening at Maple Ridge city hall, Trade expert Ellen Gould will debate Niels Veldhuis, from the Fraser Institute, on B.C. and Alberta's recent Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement.
This is an important agreement which has had very little publicity before and after coming into effect on April Fools' Day. It can potentially affect every aspect of our lives, including municipal zoning, and regulations for health and environmental protection.
