Solar Domestic Hot Water Installer Workshop

which takes place from 3 pm to 5 pm)

Workshop Fee: CanSIA Member - $225, Non Member - $275
Exam Fee: Both CanSIA and non-CanSIA Members - $75

As a requirement of the CanSIA Canadian Solar Domestic Hot Water System
Installer Certification program, this course will provide the cognitive skills
that are required to install solar domestic hot water systems.

This workshop is an approved
training course for the certification of CanSIA SDHW System Installers and
provides a review of installation procedures, practises and requirements.
Included in the workshop cost are two CanSIA manuals; STT 100 – Fundamentals,
and STT 200 – Installation, Maintenance and Design.

The exam (optional) that follows the
workshop is eligible for the Canadian SDHW Installer System Certification
requirements. However, if you intend to take the exam be sure to register for
the exam.

All those who register and make
payment for this workshop before March 31, 2008 will have the STT 100 and STT
200 manuals mailed to them so participants can be better prepared to write the
exam afterwards. All manuals are included in the workshop cost.

The Canadian Solar Domestic Hot
Water (SDHW) Installer Certification Exam is one of the requirements for
certification as a Canadian SDHW System Installer. The exam follows the SDHW
System Installer Workshop and is an open book exam.

In order to become a CanSIA SDHW
Installer you will require installation experience. To learn more about the full

Lunch will NOT be provided,
however cafeteria services will be operating on site.

and preference will be given to Cansia members.
