Marj Knive - Guest Expert on Green Real Estate
"Houses for the Green at Heart"
Marj Knive, Principal, Living Places
Licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Top 20 Realty, Gibsons, BC
From scratch or through retro-fit let's take a look at the steps toward making a greener home. We'll take a look at what makes the real estate market tick. How "going green" will impact the value of your home. We'll talk about Green Mortgages, the ecoEnergy program, what to look for in finding a home with the most "green potential" and then look at being idealistic vs realistic when it comes to your green home investment.
Bio - The founding Principal of Living Places, Marj has excelled in the world of real estate for well over a decade. Her experience buying, selling and investing in various markets throughout North America has made her an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers.
