The BC Sustainable Energy Association (BCSEA) a is a non-profit society of citizens, professionals and practitioners committed to promoting the understanding, development and adoption of sustainable energy, energy efficiency and conservation in British Columbia.

Steve Davis is President of the Independent Power Producers of BC. The IPPBC represents power suppliers, power retailers and their supporting industries. IPPBC's vision is to promote an open, fair market for power suppliers in British Columbia's competitive electricity industry by:
• Championing policy recommendations that are conducive to a viable market with many buyers and sellers
• Informing British Columbians of the benefits of a competitive electricity industry
The mandate of the IPPBC is to develop a viable independent power industry in British Columbia that serves the public interest by providing cost-effective electricity through the efficient and environmentally responsible development of the Province's energy resources.
The presentation is open to all members of the public and interested parties.
