Carbon Neutral Games VANOC and Offsetters Metro Vancouver's next Sustainability Community Breakfast will take place Wednesday, July 8th, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) downtown Vancouver campus at 555 Seymour Street, Vancouver. The 2010 Winter Games is the first Games in Olympic history to have a carbon offset sponsor. The locally-based Offsetters Clean Technology is working with VANOC to neutralize the carbon footprint of the Games with projects that showcase BC leadership and innovation on climate solutions. Join them to learn how the carbon offset portfolio for the Games will work and opportunities for involvement. VANOC will also provide an update on their sustainability planning for the Winter Games and launch the new Vancouver 2010 Sustainability Journey video.
