Eclectrix™ Organic Home is pleased to offer a full day workshop in the application of American Clay on July 19. The workshop will run from 10 am to 4 pm, with lunch included and will be facilitated by Shaylor, a professional plasterer and workshop facilitator from American Clay. The cost for the full day workshop is $115.00 per person and should interest professionals and homeowners alike who want to learn the fine art of working with Earth Plasters. Princess and the Pea B&B On May 26 2008 we installed a photovoltaic system (solar panels that make electricity) at our B&B in Langley BC The B&B is a historic building now 121 years old. The system we installed has 10 panels and the electricity we make goes back to BC Hydro (they pay us for it). Every time I see our electric meter turning backwards I pinch myself in disbelief.
