Light House provided LEED documentation services and contractor mentoring for the 25,000sf Stó:lō Nation’s new Resource and Community Centre. The building is located on the Coqualeetza Grounds in Chilliwack, B.C. (prior site of the Coqualeetza Residential School) and will provide “a place of culture, knowledge, economy, and sharing”. Light House was retained by the contractor, Preview Builders, to provide on-site support and to ensure delivery of the green features without compromise to quality, schedule and budget.
