Light House Sustainable Building Centre is an enterprising non-profit society dedicated to advancing and catalyzing sustainability in British Columbia's built environment. Light House is where anyone and everyone - industry professionals, building owners, government representatives and members of the general public - can come to learn about the “five Ps” of sustainable building: practices, policies, products, projects and service providers. We impact over 80,000 people per year through our resource centre, public event displays and programs. Our work has tangible and lasting impacts, such as the >30,000 GJ of energy saved through our modelling and technical assistance programs and the 50 volunteers and interns who are training in green building skills and processes.
